Stephen Miller reportedly berated ICE agents who had been going after gang members and cartels instead of going after easier targets like Home Depot, 7 Elevens and hair salons.
Umm, don't we want ICE agents to be going after gang members and cartels instead of going after easier targets?
Of course we do! But Miller was berating them for doing just that, instead of maximizing their quota of arrests and deportations by going after easier to find and arrest targets who were just trying to live normal, innocuous daily lives. You know who Stephen Miller is, don't you? A virulently extreme xenophobe and white supremacist Trump advisor and appointee whose views are so hateful and extreme that his own family disowned him.

ETA: You do know what berated means, don't you? Perhaps I didn't make it clear enough that Miller was ordering them to stop going after gangs and cartels and go after the easier, innocuous targets instead, and they are largely obeying him. Kyle made that perfectly clear in the video.

I entirely agree!

I, for one, have no problem whatsoever with comparing MAGA to animals.
I must admit, Gunnar, I was surprised to hear this kind of language from you! I want to point out that I seldom include you in my critiques of the Marxist progressives on this board. While I recognize your progressive stance, I appreciate that you consistently engage in a civil and respectful manner when contributing to the discussions here. However, now that you're trying to rationalize Jersey Girl's behavior by suggesting that it's acceptable and completely fine to compare people to animals, you're one them!

But go ahead, Gunnar, align yourself with Jersey Girl, Bishop Schmo, Hitler, and the entire Nazi regime. You are aligning yourself with the harsh and cruel British and French regimes that portrayed Africans as apes to justify their imperial dominance. You are aligning yourself with the regime in Rwanda that perpetrated violence against the Tutsi minority, dehumanizing them in the process comparing them to animals. You are aligning yourself with ISIS, who similarly compare their adversaries to dogs, pigs, and insects.

However, as I mentioned at the outset of this discussion, I anticipated that no Marxist progressive on this forum would denounce the comparison of MAGA supporters to animals. Historically, individuals with extreme political ideologies, much like the Marxist progressives present here, have often embraced and validated such comparisons. I did not expect a different response in this context!

At this point in the discussion, we find ourselves on page 12, where it appears that four or five Marxist progressives are in agreement with the opening post by Jersey Girl. This post draws a comparison between MAGA supporters and animals, echoing a tactic used by brutal regimes throughout history to dehumanize their enemies, thereby facilitating hatred towards them. When this thread concludes, all my statements regarding progressivism on this board—asserting that progressives lack heart, humanity, and humility—will be validated!

This discussion is poised to become one of the most important on the board, as progressives continue to rationalize the comparison of certain groups of humans to animals. Their actions are deeply troubling, offensive, discriminatory, and extremely perilous! Their actions and comments validate everything I have stated about progressivism, revealing that it is founded on hate, which they seem to embrace!

There you go again, calling everyone who won’t agree with you a ‘Nazi’.

Yep, willfully stupid. Your posts are a terrible misuse of intelligence for evil ends. If you are a person, you have a very dark mind and a diabolical purpose. Shame on you.

I have Hoh on ignore, but in this instance I am so grateful to Kishkumen for letting me see this. Indeed, compared to the cruel British and French, Americans were so much nicer to Africans. They even gave them free boat trips to America, all expenses paid and no visas needed. I mean, what's not to like?

I find it rather amusing how many people on this board have me on ignore. It seems you are the eighth or ninth person to mention having me on ignore, which highlights the fragility of Marxist progressivism when faced with the truth. Once more, this serves as an example of how the mentality of Marxist progressivism resembles the groupthink found within Mormonism.

As I was leaving Mormonism, whenever I tried to share my truth with friends or family, they would respond as if my words were directly from the devil, dismissing everything I said because they believed my perspective was tainted by evil influence. Your actions, as the 8th or 9th person to put me on ignore, demonstrate that regardless of the cult one aligns with, the tendency to dismiss differing opinions is a prevalent behavior among its members. Thank you for enabling me to turn this comparison into a reality!

Hey Chap, don't you think Jersey Girl should at least try to clarify what her opening post in this thread actually meant so she can avoid being perceived as racist towards the white, black, Asian, Latino, and Native American MAGA supporters who voted for Trump? 54% of Latino men voted for Trump, and it seems she perceives them as animals. Twenty-one percent of Black men voted for Trump, and it seems she perceives them as animals. Bishop Schmo has openly expressed his view of them as animals, and this morning, Gunnar acknowledged that he wouldn't hesitate to compare MAGA supporters to animals, including the Black and Latino Americans who voted for MAGA.

You apparently didn't understand at all what I said in that post. You ignored the part where I acknowledged that all humans, including you and I are animals. We are not any less animals, biologically, than any other animal species. Some (if not most) MAGA animals are crueler and less admirable than other animals, including many humans. The way ICE agents treat their fellow humans that they target in their raids is certainly cruel and unjust and more akin to how predatory animals treat their prey than to how Jesus Christ, in whom Christians claim to believe and follow, taught us. Do you deny that?

Some other species of animals treat their fellow beings (including, sometimes, humans) more admirably than many humans treat them or each other. I, personally, would not necessarily be offended by being compared to other animals. It depends on what animals to which I am being compared.

Jersey did an excellent job of clarifying what she meant. That you willfully chose to put the worst and most unfair possible spin on what she said, is your problem, not hers or ours.

Hey Chap, don't you think Jersey Girl should at least try to clarify what her opening post in this thread actually meant so she can avoid being perceived as racist …
She has. But she doesn’t control your need to twist it into something that it isn’t. That’s your choice, and it’s on you. One could conclude that you are racist for willfully attempting to interpret her post in that way.

As for actions by animals … in your opinion, can humans be capable of more ‘cruelty’ than many animals? Are you allowed to speak about that, or are you only allowed to avoid questions?
