That one hurts. One of my dad's favorite movies was The Last Castle. It was solid but not exactly great but it'll always hold a special place in my heart because of how much he enjoyed it.

I heard about this earlier and totally forgot.
I just happened to look in and see this thread by Mok while watching...A River Runs Through It not even thinking about Redford's passing. One of my all time favorite films directed and narrated by Robert Redford.
It uses the exquisite landscape of Montana as it's centerpiece, it's peaceful, talented actors, filming locations awesome, photography outstanding and the story is beyond captivating. It's my idea of the perfect film. I binge watch it.
If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend.
