Dallas ICE facility shooting: 2 detainees killed and 1 injured, officials say

• Two detainees are dead and another is in serious condition following a shooting at a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office in Dallas, according to a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson.

• The FBI is investigating it “as an act of targeted violence,” according to Special Agent in Charge Joe Rothrock. None of the people shot were members of law enforcement, he added.

• At least two detainees are among the victims, according to two law enforcement officials with knowledge of the incident.
