Saying you're against abortions out of principle is as anti-life as it gets, given the numerous documented cases of problematic pregnancies threatening women's lives. Calling yourself pro-life while restricting women's autonomy is as self-deceptive as it gets. They're pro-imagined-life, not pro-real-life.

Exactly. Pro-imagined-life and pro-birth are the same to me. Once that baby's out the vaginal door, it ceases to be sacred. I mean, not sacred enough to pay more taxes to feed them, keep them safe from gun violence or anything crazy like that.
