I have to admit that it gives a plausible explanation for how Robinson could have transported, disassembled and reassembled the rifle without necessarily attracting unwanted attention.

It's ok to question narratives the media or certain leaders give us. Don't fall for the "conspiracy theorist" name calling designed to shut down thought. How about finding out the truth? Unfortunately governments and the donors that fund them lie when its in their interest. I used to belong to a firm that represented a lot of the very rich and a few billionaires. Who is the adult in the room that will tell us what to do and how to think????? I don't want to go against the consensus but how do I determine that, Res? I see things that don't make sense but I don't want to upset those who have the "right thinking" that the media tells us. Heaven forbid that someone calls me names like "conspiracy theorist." Anyway Res, I understand what you are going through. My father passed around 4 weeks ago and we just had the funeral. Politics didn't affect me as a result, though. Perhaps I need some right thinking reeducation.

This might make the politicos here upset, but here is a person of interest that won't be looked at by the clowns at the FBI and the weak sisters at Utah law enforcement. The angle of the wound is compatible from where the guy stood and the actual wound is consistent with a small caliber bullet. Perhaps it can be discounted by calling it conspiracy theory plus over the top "hate speech" enforcement, but if we really want to know the truth, perhaps this guy needs to be questioned. However, the trans theory and the left reaction to it is probably too tempting. Naw, Charlie was a saint and loved Israel and don't you say otherwise!!! He wasn't questioning anything and Bibi forever! This below has to be conspiracy theory by definition. The narrative given us must succeed.

That does look really weird, suspicious even. It does look like there is a dark patch between the guy's fingers. There was a lot of sus-looking signaling going on around Charlie. I don't know what to make of it all.

That said, I don't think we can exclude Tyler Robinson as the assassin yet.

Who are the "politicos" you think this will upset?

Most of if not all the content I've watched that discusses the incident comes from right-wing gun and ballistics channels. According to them, generally, as they have their disagreements, the wrong man is in custody and the FBI is supremely incompetent if not involved in a deep conspiracy and coverup. Interestingly, so far, I haven't seen any of these folks make the connection between the corrupt and incompetent FBI and the person who handpicked the FBI leaders who the FBI answer to. The suspects defense attorney should bring the whole lot of them in as expert witnesses. That's what I'd do -- bring in the top creatine-fueled and properly bearded 'merika first ballistics bros from YouTube and Rumble to testify that the suspect couldn't have been the shooter, and see if the state would dare charge and convict this kid to death against their honorable word as hugely admired right-wingers.

I have conflicting reactions to their content.

1) It must be hard to be a conspiracy theorist who backed the guy who was supposed to expel if not execute the deep state, and now there's nothing left for your YouTube channel to do because we've entered a golden age of transparency. Our righteous Christian government will see that justice is served, and so there is nothing to talk about on YouTube anymore except for how great of a job the leaders are doing.

2) Of the many, many conspiratorial points made, I have to admit my eyebrow raises at the point that a 30-06 bullet at 150 yards seems like it should do more damage than what was done. I have not seen any original footage nor will I, and I have not done any of my own Internet research here but that is something to think about. Those guys seem to also think the angle is wrong for the suspect's shooting position.

Now there are a lot of other things believed that are so outright silly that it lowers the credibility for small number of valid points, but it keeps the popcorn coming.

Yeah. Could be. At the end of the day, the less conspiratorial explanation is likely the better one. I am not so eager to impugn others for lunacy in a situation where the official explanation provided sounds strange and unlikely. I still think the assassination of JFK seems bizarre. I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I am also not going to pretend like there is not something uncanny about what I am looking at in these assassinations.
