This ain't board nannying, Kish. It is the opposite of that. I have said it clearly - I accept your conditions. I accept them? “F” is not clear about that?

This ain't whining, this is me pointing out the facts, you little bitch. You want to speak for these guys, do it. I accept your conditions and politely tell you that when you do, I will make the point that you are making crap up again.

Just stop, Kish. I am not board nannying, I am not whining. I am just holding a flashlight here.
Yeah, you're whining. I think everyone outside of your small, deluded MAGA club sees it. Pathetic.

It's OK. You can take a break, come back refreshed and ready to interact with people in a constructive way. Or, you can do what we all expect and keep up the neurotic, needy posting to attempt to push people around, unsuccessfully.
Not whining. Not pushing anyone around. There you go again though, you are doing it again.

Any luck on that list? The one with the differences between parties. Any luck? Any examples of differences in federal involvement? Or, are you going to keep imagining that "these guys" are not actually making a valid point?

Internet says: there is little to no differentiation between the major political parties and movements, and not much on the fringes either. Each side wants the feds to lean in and apply authority. The only real difference is the outcomes they want from the same authority.

Yawn. I await your emergence from adolescence. May that someday happen for you.

Look, I'm pretty sure from the way he posts that he's stuck down there in his Mom's basement in some boring suburb somewhere. No job, no people he can "interact with [...] in a constructive way". So while your advice is excellent in principle, the poor guy will remain emotionally dependent on his interactions with those members of the board such as yourself who have not yet (like me) put him on "ignore".

Who knows, eh? The guy changes his name, but he whistles the same boring tune every time he comes into the room. The one the rest of us are supposed to dance to. I got ya. Putting him on ignore is the only rest we get from him. This is why he was stuck in Spirit Prison for so long.

I love ya, Kish, but I got to agree with Chap on this one. I'd quit giving this whiskey oxygen. It's not ready to be consumed. It's cheap, one year old whiskey. We should leave it alone, let it age and see if it possibly gets any better, but it's certainly not ready for consumption now. Too bitter and harsh. I say we give it 18 years.

This is just goalpost moving, not fact. You’re rationalizing, not showing examples.
The best examples of the current Administration taking a more authoritarian approach are reflected in the court cases that have arisen from those actions.
Again, there are no cases here where one side is asking the feds to opt out and the other asking the feds to opt in. Everything you listed is just a difference in which outcomes you find likeable.
You’re imagining things, again. I haven’t expressed any opinion on likeability of anything. If you think that I’ve given an opinion along those lines, point it out.
That’s not a structural difference, that’s taste.
‘Structural difference’ is an irrelevant term. It’s like pointing out that any party can inhabit ‘government’ and be bound by the same rules, while pretending that the actions taken by any party in working within or outside of those rules is the same exercise of power. It’s not. You know that, too. ; )
Your conclusions are not based in facts. It seems, frankly, that you are arguing for more fed participation if that will achieve the outcome you want.
Again, Fed participation exists regardless if Fed power is abused, or not. The issue is the latter.
Until you can point to actual contrasts on federal authority itself, you’re proving my point.
Refer to the court cases that this Administration has found itself battling. Here’s an excellent resource for you:

https://www.justsecurity.org/107087/tra ... istration/

Better to look at the information plainly available to you than to simply pretend such examples don’t exist.

I don’t think I’ve ever run across any supporter of Trump who could point out a Christian principle that The Donald displays.
For many Christians (not all) the sanctity of life is foundational. Trump's presidency has been marked by significant pro-life actions. From publicly affirming the sanctity of life in unprecedented ways, to expanding the Mexico City Policy (which restricted taxpayer funded abortions overseas), to his appointments of justices to the SC that lead to the overturning of Roe V Wade and put these decisions back to the state level.

For many Christians who believe that every life is a sacred gift from God (again, not all Christians), these were not small things, they were monumental - And many saw them as very significant Christian principles.

I understand that many will see things very differently, but you said that you have never run across any supporter of Trump who could point out a Christian principle that DT displays, and since I am a DT supporter and a Christian, I thought I would point one out for you.
It's projected that there will be an additional 6.6 million new HIV infections in the next 4 years because of Trump's policies with PEPFAR. Within the first weeks of his cuts, there were at least 300 babies who contracted HIV that otherwise wouldn't have (300 babies within weeks of his policies going into effect). The University of Maryland School of Medicine did an analysis on the USAID cuts, and just this year alone, there will be 1.12 million children who go without food. By the end of Trump's presidency, UCLA estimates that 4.5 million children under the age of 5 will die because of Trump's policies. The US burned food rather than give it away, under Trump's policies. Other countries literally offered to buy the food we had stockpiled and set aside for poor and starving people, but instead Trump decided it was better to burn the food than let hungry poor people have it.

Sure, one could argue that we need to save money, and spend it here, but keep in mind that the money spent for Trump to watch half of a football game, before leaving to rage tweet, would have paid for all of PEPFAR. The money spent for Trump to drive around in a circle at a race track would have saved at least 100,000 children's lives. Meanwhile, we're also giving $20 billion to Argentina's leader because they give Trump a lot of compliments. Trump also just made huge cuts to SNAP, one of the most important tools for lifting children out of poverty. He also just suspended the US's report of food insecurity, so that we don't see just how many children right here in America are going to suffer and die because of his actions.

Here at home, Trump's admin has also pushed to expand the federal death penalty. There have been at least 200 people in just my lifetime who were exonerated after being executed.

Trump's policies and actions are antithetical to the sanctity of life. At best, you have some lip-service regarding abortion. Is that lip service worth the millions of children dead because of his policies? Is that really an expression of the Christian ethos regarding the sanctity of life?
