I'm not worried about these guys. America's a much bigger problem. They just represent a small subset of the larger issues. They can shout at me all they want if it makes them feel better. It works for me. It's validating, really.

The hilarious irony of Exiled's posts is the accusation that I don't think for myself; that somehow, I've been hoodwinked into thinking Trump is incompetent. I'm left to assume Exiled thinks Trump is competent.

So, you know how strong his authority on thinking for himself is. It takes some pretty special pleading to judge Trump competent. Who gave him that idea? Or did he come up with that himself? Was it extensive research watching the Apprentice?

I went to one of those No Kings rallies to check it out, and to introduce both the concept of democracy at the personal level, and America’s proud history of protest, to our kids in person and in real time.

We met up with several friends who were doing the same.

None of us have received any checks in the mail for doing so. : )
