@3:53 that’s a real doozy.

EDIT: @9:00 evil turns on itself and Trump declares Fox News traitors

Wtf, MAGA.
Ok, so if this video is a fake or it’s deliberately created to be fake news in order to delegitimize any reporting on Trump, then we’ll all have to be more careful commenting on stuff like this moving forward. I just ran it through ChatGPT and Gemini, and both LLMs couldn't verify the trustworthiness of it. in my opinion, if indeed this is fake, it’s part of a broader disinfo campaign to erode trust is news reporting, whether it’s legacy media or by independent journalists.

This has been one claim about AI, that one of the aims of a select group of users is to sow doubt within the public about any source of information being ‘real’.

Flood the zone and reap the disinfo benefits.

I'll say that I'm highly critical of anyone making fake videos to make Trump "look bad." He doesn't need any help to look awful, people, and when you add to it, you're giving him undue credibility.

damned stop it.

On a somewhat related note, I noticed that Trump has recently bragged about taking the cognitive test yet again.

That particular cognitive test isn't readministered unless physicians (or family/friends) feel that there are significant concerning signs of increased cognitive decline. Especially not given twice in less than six months unless there's some pretty big rapidly occurring concerns.

I imagine it's quite the pickle. How do you determine if there are signs that someone is declining cognitively, to warrant a re-examination, if they're largely just demonstrating the same malignant idiocy and pathological abandonment of reality that they've had for decades?

Yeah, he was a crappy student, so he's got to keep bragging about the one "do you have any functioning brain cells" level test he can actually pass (and that's making the huge assumption he actually can remember car, boat, elephant, camera when asked).

The appearance of Trump's mental decline (you have to have had competence at some point to actually decline) is yet another example of his idiot fans' hypocrisy and stupidity. Hypocrites if they complained about Biden, stupid if they didn't see it damned years ago.

Lay the malignant narcissism aside. The disinhibition, rapid fire anger, misuse of words, inarticulateness, rambling, changes in his gait, falling asleep during meetings of his own cabinet, all remain. Those are some of the ways they can determine cognitive decline as they monitor him over time.

I say he's cooked. Time will tell.

I would not say he is cooked. That would be cliché as hell. That has been said about him for countless reasons since 2016. He hasn't been cooked yet.

I would say though, decline at his age is an issue for everyone. There is no amount of money, fame, power, healthcare access or convenient camera angles to change the susceptibility of decline. It got Biden fast and hard. Most people know someone who lingered for a damn long time with a slow decline, and most know someone who went from slippin to slidin to slid into a coffin in record time.

My guess.... they are going to play Biden-like hide the symptoms games for 55 more weeks. Then it will be President Vance. Expect a very low profile by Vance on social media for the next 12 months and three weeks. Even with mid terms happening. Vance will be peculiarly low profile.

Cooked is cliché? Oh okay. I'll use Trump's phrasing. I say he's going "cuckoo".

Better? ;)

I'll accept it. And, I will accept anything that includes the Cuckoo's Nest. Yes.

He already lobbed off the East Wing of the Cuckoo's Nest. Maybe that's a sign that he doesn't have far to go.
