Robert Boylan's GoFundMe has raked in almost $13,000

Post by drumdude »

It turns out priestcraft can be quite lucrative. He has also recently upgraded his medical issues to include some sort of nebulous liver disease. As he is Irish, this may be something he'll want to discuss with his Bishop.

Meanwhile, over at Interpreter, Dan has been stuck at the ~$600 level for several weeks now. It seems there is a definite lack of enthusiasm for funding the post production of Interpreter's latest web video series.

Robert has famously stated he reads roughly a dozen books a day. Looks like it's finally paying off!

I am glad that Robert got the medical funds he sought. Healthcare in America is a nightmare, and we should all wish that everyone who needs medical help can obtain it one honest way or another. Thank you for the update on Robert's fundraising.

I thought he now lived in Ireland? (Hence why his donations are in €uro. Ireland has a public health service with some charged services. Northern Ireland has a fully public health system. I’d suggest donors check what they are paying for before donating.
Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

Given Robert's virulently alt-right political views, it would be a bit hypocritical for him to take government handouts.

It is truly heartening to see that the public views the Interpreter Foundation as such a pillar of scholarship, ranking it right up there with helping some complete stranger get a tattoo of a squirrel.

Okay. That just means that you don't like him and that you watch The View. Unless, of course, you have an example of his alt right virilance. Do you?
Ban Whiskey permanently if that's the only way.

Example A is Whiskey's very defense of him in this thread. If Whiskey didn't believe he was alt-right, he wouldn't defend him.

Numerous threads about it on this very forum over the years.
