They Come to America
If USA is so white-racist and horrible, why do so many non-whites want to come here?

Simple reason they have some nonwhite relatives living here. They are betting they can outlast a dwindling group of white racists.

OK, I'll bite. I think that your escape from puzzlement on this issue lies in separating two things:
(a) The views of the USA taken by people in some other countries who have never been to the USA, and who regard it as a place offering rewards for hard work and talent that they cannot hope to get in their homelands.
(b) The views of the USA taken by informed observers of its society and internal politics, which may include a recognition that some Americans have strongly negative attitudes to people who have come to the USA from other countries, particularly if they are non-Christians and have a dark skin colour.

Ban Whiskey permanently if that's the only way.

I'm not puzzled.
May I ask, how old are you, what do you do for a living, and do you have dependents? And your political views.
My motive is not to change your mind. I'm interested in the views of citizens and those livimg here with permission.

The USA isn't white racist and horrible. Surprisingly, Whiskey hasn't objected to your characterization of Americans as he did the people of Kaysville.
Sure, there are a growing number of horrible white racists, and a few more in power than usual, but there are horrible people of all races aligning themselves with the present regime so I don't see racism per se as that big of an issue. It's a useful way to get noticed on social media mainly, to the extent it's a problem.

Lost Gospel of Thomas 1:8 - And Jesus said, "what about the Pharisees? They did it too! Wherefore, we shall do it even more!"

You put your question as a puzzle. I answered it.
