I don’t expect to get an answer from MG based on some of the previous posts I’ve read, but there is always hope.
Let me derail a bit as I don’t expect to get a legit answer, or an answer at all from MG. On second thought, I’ll start a new thread so as not to violate any UR of derailing.

He may do it partly because he does not want the board to be utterly bereft of any bearers of an LDS testimony. He may do it to call us all to repentance. He may do it to prove that the LDS faithful can endure this kind of abuse on a regular basis. In any case, he is welcome.
I say this while noting and agreeing with others that msnobody never intended to suggest that MG is anything less than welcome here.
