4chan.org is widely considered to be the dregs of the surface Internet. One of its forums deals with politics; a thread was started there today that quotes our friend William Schryver as an authority. (The quotation in turn features him quoting himself as an authority, but that's neither here nor there.) See:

Will trying to be the next Q. Hilarious. It's a little harder to gain a following when it's not Russian bots programmed to support anyone supporting Russia.

One of the interesting differences between the two, having read a lot of Q's original stuff in context of the threads, is that Q didn't get bent out of shape over criticism and he didn't overtly respond to praise. Will immediately bans anyone who disagrees with him from his blog and seems incredibly needy for praise.
