Perhaps shulem could take a clue from this attitude. Relax, enjoy life. You have no obligation to end Mormonism or fight it.bill4long wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2026 4:32 amI have no dog in this sort of discussion, but at this hour I'm drinking my evening root beer and have run out of YouTube videos, so I'll answer for the sheer hell of it:

[X] No
But I hope they do. Because when I die, I want to hook up with an Asian spirit woman. I like Asian women. I might like Asian spirits even better.
Seriously, I don't believe in such nonsense as racial features on spirits, assuming spirits exist. I should think that such properties are related only to mortal fleshly kinds of structures. Granted, Mormons believe a lot of whacky things.

Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

Re: ANOTHER Question for Don Bradley
THANK YOU for having the courage and taking a moment out of your busy schedule to answer a simple f-ing question. The concept of spirit racism is a non-starter and any and all racism is reserved for planetary lifeforms that experience the evolution of a mortal life beginning with birth and ending at death. I know this to be true.bill4long wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2026 4:32 am[ ] Yes

The whole concept of so-called Heavenly Father (sky-daddy) and Heavenly Mother (fat-mama) having spirit children in heaven is total nonsense and religious bunk. Silly Mormons have taken this concept to a level of insanity and do so to feed their insecurities and need to be suckled by something they cannot see in order to satisfy faith in what their religion orders them to believe.

I do enjoy my life, every single day. And retirement has been bliss. I don't feel obligated to fight Mormonism but do so out of desire and passion that brings me much satisfaction and a lot of enjoyment -- believe it or not.

Then why would you suggest he needs to take a clue to relax and enjoy life, if you were already of the opinion that Shulem was relaxed and enjoying life?

It's okay if Huck doesn't answer. Just consider it a rhetorical question.
But the question in the OP has still not been answered from Bradley, a Mormon apologist who spends a great deal of time writing and participating in online podcasts.

I think Shulem is a good Chap who makes valuable contributions to this board. He makes observations worth thinking about. I think he gets a bit carried away with some sorts of attacks. I am not insisting that he or others agree my reaction.I Have Questions wrote: ↑Fri Mar 20, 2026 8:04 amThen why would you suggest he needs to take a clue to relax and enjoy life, if you were already of the opinion that Shulem was relaxed and enjoying life?

I think that is a very reasonable statement on your part. Yes, I do get a bit carried away at times and my passions tend to bubble up when trying to get people's attention about something that is important to the topic on hand. This thread has been a good example of my attack mode when going after something or someone. I go for the kill!huckelberry wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2026 11:23 pmI think Shulem is a good Chap who makes valuable contributions to this board. He makes observations worth thinking about. But listen, if Don Bradley will come back to the board and answer the OP question then I will NOT interact or post anymore on this thread and leave it all within the hands of others who care to post. In that case, *this* thread can continue without me to whatever end and I'll will drop the subject.
I make this offer right now out of the kindness and generosity of my heart. That is a hell of a deal! He should take it.
