That did not sound right so I checked Matthew 14:11. The head was brought on a platter and given to the girl who gave it to her mother. Jesus's response when he learned of this, went off by himself, then crowds found him so Jesus had compassion and healed their sick.Quantum1982 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 30, 2026 4:05 pmMatthew 14:11

Quantum's logic will also deny the biblical explanation (1 Cor 11:9) of the woman (Eve) being created for the man (Adam). Thus, God did not create the woman for man and neither did he create the lake of fire for those he throws in it.Quantum1982 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 27, 2026 5:48 pmThe lake of fire was created for the devil and his angels, not for mankind.

It's a metaphor. Joseph Smith said:Quantum1982 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2026 10:10 pmHi,
I would like to know why Mormons don't believe in a literal lake of fire?
Thanks.
