Ajax, I think it makes sense to consider the most important benefit of a government is not giving people benefits but encouraging and being a foundation of an orderly and lawful, safe and healthy, society which is necessary for business to thrive and make money.

I think you're right on this. Government shouldn't be in the business of wealth redistribution. It should be enforcing private property laws and national defense. If government can't or won't do those things, it's useless and needs to be overthrown.

I don't see much wealth distribution. There are plenty of poor folks and the rich folks are getting richer. As always the people in the middle are blaming other people for the fact that it is other other people who are rich.
