My favorite is “for all intensive purposes,” instead of “for all intents and purposes.”

Is there a DSM-V diagnosis code for this thing we suffer from, Shades? What would it be called?
Yes. Perfectionism.
Do you feel like you will explode sometimes? I’m like come on now, you guys are way more educated than me. Speak like you have some sense. Heavy sigh!

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I think grammar is often what gives the first impression, and lasting impression that people have of us.

I’m sure I’ll post something before long with poor grammar, etc. There are times when I speak lazily.

One that sort of bothers me is “these ones,” versus “these.”
So you're bothered by people from Jersey, right?

Patient came in with his stool sample today that the lab would not accept. When I looked at the label on the specimen container, the label read “chow.” Apparently, he was supposed to have collected the dog’s stool instead of his own, and return it to the veterinarian’s clinic.
