Your lawyerly skills here seem on par with Team Trump’s.
well, with my grammar skills it seems i am more suited for the office of the president-elect.

But i don't anticpate the onset of dementia for many years, can i possibly speed up that process and get into office sooner? Should i join the Democratic Party to get a head start on being stupid? or will my conversations with you be enough?

No it isn't. All ballots have a paper trail, even if those papers are capable of being tallied by machine. But (as you will have observed) a hand count of the paper ballots is always there as a backup check if required.
