A state whose economy would ranked fifth largest in the world if it were its own country. It is among the seven Blue states that have the highest GDP per capita. A state that receives far less from the federal government that it puts in. A state that has been subsidizing Red States since forever. Oh, if only the entire country could be like Kansas, right?

that would only be news if the lawyer's standing as an inner-circle leftist somehow got him out of the jam without prosecution or conviction. That's amazing how California managed to subsidize red states with their COVID restrictions. Are you sure this was the case in the 2020 fiscal year?

Certainly not the work of a "top" lawyer by any stretch of the imagination. I recognize the names of several top election lawyers. I'd never heard of this guy. And I'd be happy to forget his name right away.
