Since the board is called Discussing Mormonism, is there any way we could get a forum to talk about Mormonism and other religions without having posters like Lem, Doc cam and a handful of others crapping all over other people's religious beliefs? You know, a place that is actually positive and uplifting.

Oh that board is absolutely a safe space. You can't question Mormonism there at all without couching it and pretending to be a questioning believer.

Ideas should always fight it out in a free space, with as few rules as possible. The fact Mormon ideas need shelter is revealing.

Celestial is the place for completely civil and respectful discussion. This board already has that space and that space is clearly labeled as such.
