How will we know what in Conference is revelation?
If it's officially published, it's official doctrine.
Not necessarily. Anything can be retracted and denied if it's embarrassing, no matter how official it is.

How will we know what in Conference is revelation?

Generally, the First Presidency issues official doctrinal declarations when there is a general misunderstanding of the doctrine on the part of many people. Therefore, the Church teaches many principles which are accepted as doctrines but which the First Presidency has seen no need to declare in an official pronouncement. (from LDS.org)
My question, how do the First Presidency find out what the members are thinking? (don't answer here I'll start a separate thread for it)

Morality is doing what is right, regardless of what you are told. Religion is doing what you are told, regardless of what is right.
When approached by a TBM that is overjoyed that we have a living prophet who actually speaks to GOD, he says something to the effect of, "That is truly AMAZING!! What are your 3 favorite revelations passed down through the prophets?"
I've tried this, and it typically ends up being stuff that any high school guidance counsellor would say.
