So little American girls are going to get the idea stuffed into their heads that their future husbands are going to own them by watching a movie about a traditional tribal society in the South Seas that uses that setting to teach a moral principle.
Like all antiMormons, you're out of touch not only with the doctrine but, in this case, with the culture. Most Mormons view Johnny Lingo as a story of liberation from humiliating treatment and from self-loathing and low self-esteem.I think it speaks volumes about you that you see nothing wrong with Johnny Lingo. Tragic.
Also, not that it matters, but I am an active, temple recommend carrying member. Thanks for not jumping to conclusions or judging.

Gee, you're so right. The planet can support as many people as we can cram onto it. 50 billion, 100 billion... why not a trillion? Damn libbruls and their stupid myths. There are no resource limits.
Nah, they're smart enough to connect the cow concept with a modern equivalent, the diamond engagement ring. The bigger and more expensive the rock on her hand, the more value she has as a woman, the better she will look in the mirror, and the happier life she will have. It's simple cause and effect, really. Can't argue with science like that.
