If any of you listened to Howard Stern about 10 years ago, a frequent character named Elliott Offen would appear and go on these intensely verbose rants.

When I first read Droopy's lunatic ravings, I was stunned by the resemblance in tone and verbosity.

Take a look - it's creepy, but listen to how Elliott talks and tell me that's not our Droopster.
