Thanks for the clarification. I don't support what he did. But I also don't support the idea that he was a sexual pervert, like priests who feel up little boys' balls, or lust after 13 year old female "chickens".

I've never said he was a pedophile or anything like that.

You are still a Mormon, and I like Mormons :) (I'm biased, of course.)
In the end, your family will look to you for guidance and counsel, as more opposition to the Church increases. This is your "apprenticeship of doubt". Your wife and family are the most important things in your life. Nothing anyone has written, anywhere, will make any difference to that. You don't have to be "fake", just to realise that none of us has all the answers. Stick with the "formula" that works, and time will justify you, in ways you can't presently imagine.
I have a few favorite short works myself. How about, Mockers in the Book of Life - a list of all those who are going to heaven that make fun of the Lord's annointed.
The Light of Man - what science knows more than God.
Doubting Thoughts - An archeology of LDS prophetic waiverings.
The Benefits of Unbelief
The Little Engines of the West - A documentary of real-life trains that made it to the top of a hill by their own power, and without crying unto the Lord in supplication.

Darlin', we are all going to heaven. Not even Tommy can stop God from giving us all what we deserve. Even Joseph will get what he deserves.
Doubting Thoughts - An archeology of LDS prophetic waiverings.
Now if you'd said Changing Thoughts, LDS prophetic changes, I think that book would fill a couple of shelves in the new library.
