We’re all playing catch up. I saw a report a few minutes ago that Pence is not in favor of using the 25th amendment. But things seem pretty fluid.

Happy to hear that I'm not the only one. I decided (like I did yesterday) not to let this rule my day, but I do want to try to stay on top of this as best I can.

They don't have all the damned evidence in. What we see on the damned VIDEO isn't the whole damned story. They have to connect the damned dots before he could be arrested if he can be arrested at all since he's a SITTING PRESIDENT. Like it or not, HE has RIGHTS and PROTECTIONS under the CONSTITUTION just like you and I do, only because he is a SITTING PRESIDENT we might be in a kind of GRAY area since there are also ADMINISTRATIVE avenues that are being explored as I damned POST this.

That said, you and I would have the BEST in real life fights...EVER!!! But I don't know how long you could hold up.

Exactly. That's what everyone hears.

So what’s really going on? Donald Trump very much sounds like he’s now afraid of being removed from office via the 25th Amendment, sent to prison for inciting the terrorist attack, or both. He clearly didn’t write these words. But he was willing to read them, which means he understands that he’s now trying to hang onto what very little he has left. His presidency is over. His life as he knows it is over. He’s earmarked for prison and bankruptcy.

...Trump was warned by White House counsel Pat Cipollone that he could have legal exposure related to the attack, according to the New York Times.
