Here is what SHIELDS deems worthy to post by way of exchanges between a clueless anti-Mormon and Dr. Peterson. Unbelievable. Which is worse, that this was sport for skinny-l, or that SHIELDS memorializes it on its site?
Date: Wed, 24 Jun 1998 19:09:19 -0700 (PDT) From: Matt Scott <mattscott8@hotmail.com> Subject: greetings To: dcp6@email.BYU.edu I once had a dream. I dreamt that the Mormons would rise up and lead our nation to greatness..That they would save the world with the teachings of Joseph Smith. Then I woke up and realized how stupid the Mormons really are. The LDS church is the largest growing CULT in the world. That's right you see since the Mormons base their religion on the teaching of a man that makes them a cult. If you don't like my grammar you can shove it where the sun don't shine. I would just like to say that you are going to Hell because you think that joseph smith is the way to Heaven. You're pretty slick. That's almost as ingenious as believing that some day you can be a god. You folks come up with some great ideas maybe you can get a job writing fiction books (i.e. the Book of Mormon.)
love always

Does your Mom know what kind of messages you are sending out over the family computer?

There you have it folks, the kind of dark conspiracy that occurs on skinny-l: full grown, PhD educated men stroking their egos by collecting dunce quotes. Not so diabolical as pathetic, really.
“I was hooked from the start,” Snoop Dogg said. “We talked about the purpose of life, played Mousetrap, and ate brownies. The kids thought it was off the hook, for real.”
I've seen much better stuff than that. In fact, some of the people (not many, but some) can actually form an intelligible sentence or two.
Of course, it's hard to beat the kinds of gems with which The Great and Spacious Trailer Park™ abounds.
... every man walketh in his own way, and after the image of his own god, whose image is in the likeness of the world, and whose substance is that of an idol ...

They can't find anything more recent than 10 years ago? They must not be trying very hard.

I think it's been up the whole 10 years.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

I knew it would appeal to you, Schryver. It is right up your alley.
