If that's all you can muster, a single copy of an Egyptian poem which somewhat vaguely bears some similarity with the story of the Exodus, despite no other archeological data supporting the Exodus, either on the Egyptian side, nor on the Caananite side, then all I can say is that the Exodus remains extremely dubious, and therefor Moses, its central character, must remain dubious as well.
I hardly think any of this counts as reasons why we should assume that Moses's existence is more likely than his non-existence.
