Believe me when I say that we are right there with you.

Why so much time? Is there some therapeutic value to it? I mean, you can't possibly be learning anything from anybody on this Board, do you?

John starts a lot of posts. He is a prolific poster. It appears he still attends Church.
So, I reiterate, why spend so much time on this project? What would you think of a Jew who, although he continues to attend his temple in the Bronx week after week, posts malignant things about the faith and the people who believe in it? I mean, it would seem rather odd to an outsider looking in.
I wonder why nobody seemed shocked or offended when the term "hate" was used in the Hamblin critique?

I ask John because people respond to him and his posts. Folks generally ignore Pokatator; why ask him anything?

But the question can be reversed to you. There are many positive aspects of the Church, temple work, service, genealogy, or youth programs. Why do you spend you time focusing in on the malignancy of Mormonism, the apologetics that deals with all of the negative. Why not spend your time on the positive side of your religion?
Runtu wrote:Your question implies that my posts "malign" the church. They don't. To malign is " to utter injuriously misleading or false reports about [or] speak evil of" someone or something. As I do neither of those things, I'm not sure how your question applies.
