More attacks on women or using an effeminate descriptor on this board by Mr. Schryver:
That's what makes Will's participation here so great. He keeps digging his own hole deeper but is just too stupid to realize it. He even suggests that he and the folks at the Maxwell Institute will be laughing about this tomorrow! He doesn't only speak for himself, but he claims to speak for the serious LDS scholars as well. I wonder how they feel about that.
But seriously, there is only one way to handle puny men like Will Schryver, and it isn't through reasoning. He'll never, ever admit being wrong. He has created this "us vs. them" scenario and has demanded loyalty from everyone in his tribe. Some have been dumb enough to yield to the call with fawning praise, but I suspect most are just as disgusted as we are, which explains their silence.
This tribal mentality coupled with his messiah complex prevents him from understanding that those who are disgusted with his antics are
genuinely disgusted. His confirmation bias kicks in and he keeps telling himself this is all just a massive conspiracy from an opposing tribe. But we're not a tribe at all. We've all argued with each other at some point in time it seems. MsJack is an Evangelical married a Mormon, went to BYU, tries to build bridges between LDS and non-LDS, whereas most everyone else here isn't religious at all. But if you're LDS and show any kind of support for what these women are complaining about, he goes out of his way to marginalize you as a potential apostate. He has to keep creating these reasons to believe that in reality there is nothing wrong in what he has said. He tries all kinds of rationalizations too, like comparing his dozen or so "naughty" comments to his 10,000 posts over five years. The man is desperate.
Will Schryver is a proven liar. I have proved it on a number of occasions and will continue to do so. I'm not so much interested in his lies about his online social encounters, so much as I am his lies in apologetic arguments. I just find it hilarious that he actually thinks anyone thinks he is trustworthy.
