I think bowflex is a gimmick hyped by their TV ads. I go with real plates, like the Body Solid in my basement.

What are you talking about? Why do you believe someone punched me? (I mean, it is true I have been punched a couple times in my life, but never with impunity, and never at the cost of a tooth.)

What a bizarre set of questions ...
I thought myself the wiser to have viewed the evidence left of such a great demise. I followed every step. But the only thing I ever learned before the journey's end was there was nothing there to learn, only something to forget.
