Also, Are Gynocologists (male or female) porn addicts and why? If not, what makes them different? A license or degree?
I perused the Mormon porn site and found it difficult that they have made no attempt at actually defining what constitutes pornography. Surely there are at very least varying degrees ranging from provocative attire to beastiality.
Would anyone like to take a crack at this?
American TV?
You bring up a good point -- what porn is being discussed at the site. Lumping all porn together would be like setting up a web site against violent movies and then lumping Tom and Jerry, John Wayne westerns, Tarantino movies, South Korean gore movies, Clockwork Orange, and Japanese terror movies together. Watch any of these they will affect you the same way since they are all equal, right?
Now I am quite sure there are some who would equate a Tom and Jerry episode with the Japanese/Russian production "Philosophy of a Knife, but most people realize that while they both contain elements of violence there is a bit more in the latter.
Now since most young Mormons have looked at porn (yes, even young women although the web site in the OP only mentions women as victims, ironically presenting porn in a context that a 1970s feminist would be proud of) to say it all is the same will cause many people to merely say, "No it is not!" This hurts the credibility of the Church, even though their intentions are good.
