To which, I could have simply said, “ Yes Stem.”

Well then my mistake. from my perspective its an "either way" thing. To you adding "a controversial poster" in there makes a big diff. I don't see it.

by the way, what exactly is wrong with Liz bringing this poster up elsewhere?

Let me help you out there cowboy,

Liz likes drama, so she decided to post a farewell thread about a controversial poster who has gone out of his way to be a gigantic douche to people like LDST, what better way to get people to say things that are gossip worthy?

After starting said thread, Liz flounces off to NOM-Utopia, where people pretend the LDS Church is gay friendly and pluralistic, so she can link drama thread with an appropriate “LOL” to signal the start of commentary by a virtual parade of crucified messiahs.

The icing on this two layered cake, is now Liz gets to dole out invitations to her clubhouse. It’s similar to MAD banning someone, then continuing the conversation one sided.

The whole thing, from start to finish, is for entertainment, and nothing else. That is the sad irony I found, and why I responded with a “meh”, because people were going to lock arms and hold a candle light vigil for some LOTR fan and man-child , when really this thread was intended to provoke drama, has invoked drama, and will thrive with said drama for many more pages.

Honestly, I did not perceive Liz in such a way at all. I miss quite a bit working with this brain of mine.

After starting said thread, Liz flounces off to NOM-Utopia, where people pretend the LDS Church is gay friendly and pluralistic, so she can link drama thread with an appropriate “LOL” to signal the start of commentary by a virtual parade of crucified messiahs.

Well, no wonder she participates here too then. That seems to be the corrolary description of this joint.

She's avoided me like the plague, which is cool.

To go after Liz for drama seeking seems a little silly since drama is very much a hallmark of this joint. So yes, if she starts it, I can see how many here will take it for pages and pages. That's how things roll in these parts it seems.

Liz, it would seem your defence of your chum DCP on the basis of being 'time poor' is not holding water...

We see him posting on your board
We see him posting on Mormon Stories
We see him posting on MDD

Maybe that's because they show him more 'love'...

Stem wrote on MDD:
Seriously though, your leaving over there has stirred up far more than his vindictive assaults. Its quite amazing people behave as so many of them do and when called on it they seem to genuinely think they are doing just fine. Its an astounding view of some pretty sad behaviour. its doubly sad it somehow has something to do with the subject of Mormonism. Man, they are, overall, hurting.

(spelling corrected)

...whilst we just ask him to explain inaccuracies with his scholarship and deficiencies in the claims of Joseph Smith and Mormonism.

Stem, how, overall, are we hurting?
The only thing 'hurt' by DCP running away is his own reputation.

Stem,

Allow me to bring you up to speed:

1. Liz created her own private, invite-only message board
2. A number of people who post here are also members of Liz's board
3. The Nehor is a member of Liz's board
4. The Nehor quit this board
5. Liz created a thread on this board (the thread we are in now) to say farewell to The Nehor
6. Liz, on her private message board, posted the following concerning this thread:
liz, on her private board wrote:Hey, Nehor, I just posted this on MDB:
http://www.mormondiscussions.com/phpBB3 ... =1&t=20261
I'm curious as to what the vultures have to say. LOL

7. Between the time she posted this message on her private board, and the today, she has made her board completely private
8. Liz, after starting this little board skirmish, made demands in this thread for us to leave her board alone.

Now, stem, I know you aren't stupid, and I know that you have admitted to reading too fast and missing stuff at times. So, I'd appreciate it if you would read this message carefully and then ask yourself if people aren't within their rights to be a little pissed at being manipulated by someone who they may have considered an ally at one time.

That's why your post about 'hate' may have been seen as an overreaction.

I'm not interested in an invite. Man, if ya just calmed down a sec i think you'd realize I ain't that bad of a person. But you seem so intent on it.
