Could you point out where I suggested that science is used as an alternative to a God/Creator?

Science is offered to explain the evidence of the world around us. That's it.

You have chosen to maintain an allegiance to your God beliefs.

Perhaps we all have our allegiances, yes?

I don't recall proposing that science is an alternative to anything.

This puts you at the disadvantage of making you not amenable to facts, evidence, valid argumentation, and so forth.

I would suggest that the Big Bang is not a fact, or evidence. It is a thoery (perhaps right) that has enormous challenges/problems.

If you are wrong, your choice puts you in the position of being unable ever to know it, because you will have rendered yourself incapable of properly judging the evidence and arguments that should reveal this fact to you.

Sure. However, you need to read the verse: "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

Now if you want to go with this (the earth's) heaven as per Moses 2:1, that's fine. God has created worlds (and their heavens) without number. So yes, God created the universe.

Just admit you were wrong and I was right. They thought the stars were tiny little lights hanging on a curved ceiling that covered the earth, snow-globe style.
