Why?
Because you love Jesus and that infuriates me. No, just some of the opinions on art were a little disheartening.

Feel free to answer Shades' question, as I'm sure you would answer it much better than I.
Molok wrote:The question of art being easier to explain than science? Art has no rules and multiple meanings sometimes layered in one piece. I mean I suppose I could explain the Mona Lisa as a picture of a lady with half a smile, but that wouldn't help you understand it any better.

Plus, we have the additional tactic of waiting for me to explain how I see art and then slamming my fingers in the atheist car door. It's all just so utterly predictable.
The evidence just keeps stacking upon itself.

Maybe because it indicates sentience?
That there doesn't appear to be any explanation for sentience to develop in strictly evolutionary cosmology. The organism does not gain an advantage by being self aware. Why are we not simply zombies?
Even if it is advantageous to the organism to be self aware, it seems to me the anguish/fear of death and the unknown, would cause this mutant to kill itself, or worse....develop religion
