To what end? the meaning of graph is blatantly obvious in this context and either you agree or disagree, you feiging confusion is disingenuous and speaks only to the fact that you are predisposed on the matter, and to that end no source or "explanation" will serve any purpose other than to satisfy your desire deconstruct a contrary position in hopes that a juicy center will justify your inadequate reasoning on this matter. But thanks for the offer.
You got the graph almost certainly from a white supremacist source. The graph itself appears to present fabricated data to make the point that gun homicides are a racial composition problem rather than a gun access problem.
You don’t state your source or your reasoning because you want to deal with none of this. For someone who likes to use “cfr” as a cudgel, you sure like to avoid supplying references.

Hold on. It’s not that simple. He’ll first need to photoshop the puppies into a Klan rally and then claim that they’re blue dog democrats, or somesuch.

Before you ask, no you don't need to know where this data came from. If you refuse to accept this data and frame the debate around it then that just shows how biased and blind you are on this topic.

And not only on this topic!
Though, I must say, that even subby has occasionally come up with some commendable comments, for which I felt I had to, in fairness, commend him on.
No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

It "cites" the CDC and WHO, but good luck actually finding those numbers there.
Pretty good odds these are false statistics meant to exaggerate a pattern made up by hardcore racists to imply that America's gun violence issue is the result of racial constitution.
I'm sure subgenius will prove us wrong now by citing the CDC and WHO studies that show the numbers in this graph.
So is not the content if the graph but rather the author that you are basing your dismissal upon. such idiocy is old hat for you...who cares for content when you can argue packaging...typical Liberal you are.
