Well let's check the "logic" then...
There are people who do something out of "laziness", and then there are people who do things out of "need" or some other specific purpose.
Now tell me... What do you not understand about that "logic"?
Let's break it down further...
You have one person who's just being lazy, taking advantage.
You then have another person who:
- Develops health issues that take some time to resolve.
- Has some family issue to take care of.
- Has become burned out and needs to take a break from work for a short time.
- Developed some depression due to being falsely terminated, or losing a job in which they were getting somewhere finally.
These among many other possiblity's can be "good reasons" why someone would use unemployment for a longer period in order to take care of them. They are NOT the same as someone just being "lazy".
If you don't understand this logic, then you have problems.
