Yes, please do.
Has Shades approved the use of this pinkish-orangey-yellowish color for mods?

If so, you might as well ban me for life right now - I won't put up with that nonsense being splattered all over the board!
It's possible I'm a little rusty on the color palate.

Ah - When posting as a mod you guys just change your color using the palate like I would? I didn't realize that. I thought you had some sort of separate account or something when acting as a mod and that automatically made your posts red. My apologies (Please feel free to use any shade you want - You do you!)

I'm okay with that shade of red from the color palette so long as it's agreeable to your palate.

Wouldn't "rusty" be a bit more orange?

This was of course addressed to Doc Cam. He deserved it.

Isn’t this the way I fixed it this morning? Folks, whatever the problem was it was an honest mistake. I’m amazed at the hyperbolic reaction. My intent was to say what I said to Doc Cam and not attribute it to or say it to Lem, or whatever. If I didn’t fix it this morning appropriately, sorry about that. I thought when I was off on my cycling adventure everything was hunky dory. Apparently not.

As I said earlier today, if there was anything else to be fixed, to let me know…although I thought I’d fixed it. Too late now. I haven’t been around most of the day.

18 miles at 14-15 miles an hour out on the Murdock Trail! Not too bad for an old guy, right? My daughter is doing a hundred miler in two weeks. She condescended to go on this ‘short run’ with me today.

Thank you moderator for making the fix. Sorry you had to be involved. Thank you ceeboo for trying to point out my error. I thought I had fixed there on page 20.

Regards,
MG

If I haven’t fixed it correctly at this point, please let me know.
How would you prefer I let you know that it still hasn't been fixed at this point? How about smoke signals? Morse Code? Text message? Twitter? Email? Facebook? Fed Ex?

How about I send a freaking pigeon with a message stapled to his freaking left toe!

I'm all done with this MG - It's way past absurdity-land at this point.
Ceeboo, I’m very sorry about the miscommunication and my apparent misunderstanding of what your request was asking me to do. I thought I had fixed things before I went out with my daughter for a chunk of the day. I hope you can understand. I had absolutely no malevolent intent at all towards Lem.

I think this episode goes to shoe how a misunderstanding can escalate dramatically within a short amount of time.

Unfortunately, in the case of some folks here, this episode will be used against me in some form or fashion. I was a bit flummoxed as to how quickly IHAQ jumped on the bandwagon. Hasty conclusions and hasty convictions.

By way of an aside, I think there are those that operate in this manner against the LDS church and its leaders. And by association, active and believing members of said church.

Quick to judge, slow to forgive or forget.

MG

Peterson posted a photo of the first presidency standing with Jesus in their office. If you’re going to tell the world Jesus is at the helm then you best act like it or be called out.
